No commitment, month-to-month plans: All session packages are flexible with no long-term commitment. All plans expire 2 months after purchase. Sessions are 55 minutes unless specified otherwise.

Whether you prefer 1-on-1 sessions for personalized attention, semi-private workouts, or online virtual training from home, there are affordable options tailored to you. We'll work together to find what works best.

One-on-one personal training, whether in-person or online offers tailored guidance and support, ensuring that each 55 min session is customized to your unique fitness goals and needs. This personalized approach allows for focused attention, helping you master techniques and stay motivated.

    • 8 sessions: 2x / week - $800

    • 12 sessions: 3x / week - $1140

    • 16 sessions: 4x week - $1440

    • 4 sessions: 1x / week - $360

Semi-private personal training with your best friend combines the benefits of expert guidance with the motivation of working out alongside someone you trust. With a professional trainer leading the 55 min sessions, you’ll receive tailored workouts that cater to both your needs and your friend’s, fostering accountability and making workouts more fun.

    • 4 sessions: 1x / week - $600 ($300 pp)

    • 8 sessions: 2x / week - $1120 ($560 pp)
